Last night the Kinetika Bloco Leadership Programme gathered for an inspiring night with David Hopley OBE who facilitated a session on Being an Influencer and Role Model.  Through the evening David shared his Leadership journey from working in a factory in Derby to becoming Deputy Commander UK Special Forces.  He shared influencing experiences from delivering Goverment briefings to sending men into battle. The young leaders were encouraged to think about their footprint in life and how they live the “Bloco brand” of Creativity, Respect, Risk, Family and Leadership.  It was an inspiring and challenging night!
