Last night we had an evening session with Jamie Edwards and the young people on the Bloco Leadership Programme.  Jamie has worked with some of the best athletes in sports, is called on by business executives and the corporate world to help raise their game and has spoken at prestigious Universities such as Bath, Oxford and Loughborough. He has also appeared on Sky Sports, Channel Four and BBC. We were honoured to have him speak to our young people so they could benefit from his powerful yet simple and entertaining message.

Jamie delivered a three hour session looking at The Mental Game: patterns of thinking, emotions, decisions, asking yourself the right questions, performance and relationships. All the young people (and Tamzyn!) walked away challenged and inspired to think differently.

The session was hosted by our Chair, Chris Killourhy, in the Board Room of Tokio Marine.  This added an additional element giving the young people a glimpse into the corporate world in London.

We highly recommend Jamie Edwards to speak to any group of people – old or young – to help them move on to the next level of performance.  Follow Jamie on Twitter
