The AMATEO conference – Everyone’s a Winner – is about how voluntary Arts and amateur crafts can leave long lasting benefits for everyone. It was full of people who work in the arts in some way and are enthusiastic about music and creative works leaving a footprint in time. It was definitely the place for the Bloco to be as that is what we strive to do.  It was great to perform at Cecil Sharpe House the home of the English Folk Dance and Song Society and appropriate therefore that we started the set with An English Country Garden mash up!

Our musical Director, Mat Fox and I did a presentation on how the Bloco has been working towards creating a stable environment for young people to come in and be creative but also, get involved in leadership and the organisational running – learning to live beyond today.

Kinetika Bloco is best explained when felt and experienced and with a captivating performance, the Bloco took the delegates on a musical journey and left the floor to a standing ovation.

Words can not express what it is we do…We are the sum of many parts! The Bloco is sound and visual artistry!
